### **Job Role: Social Marketing Manager**

* Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
* Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility organically and through campaigns
* Create marketing strategies to promote **Always Dial Premium Listings & Services**
* Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google – optional but preferred)
* Coordinate with sales team for lead generation campaigns
* Monitor trends, insights, analytics, and prepare performance reports
* Manage brand image and online reputation

### **Eligibility & Skills**

✅ Must stay **near Chandni Chowk / Kanke Road, Ranchi**
✅ Strong understanding of social media marketing & digital trends
✅ Excellent content planning and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of reels, creatives, hashtags, and audience targeting
✅ Basic graphic/video editing knowledge is a plus
✅ Experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred
✅ Freshers with strong skills and creativity can also apply
