### **Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketing Manager** to lead our **digital marketing and brand promotion efforts** for the upcoming **Bihar Election Campaign**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching political candidates, designing digital marketing strategies, and executing brand promotion campaigns to enhance candidate visibility and voter engagement.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Candidate Outreach & Relationship Management:**
- Approach and onboard political candidates across all districts of Bihar for digital marketing and brand promotion services.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, party representatives, and local influencers.

2. **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:**
- Develop and implement **social media campaigns** (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp) to boost candidate visibility.
- Manage **content creation** (videos, posters, banners, speeches, infographics) tailored for different voter segments.
- Oversee **paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing)** to maximize reach.

3. **Brand Promotion & Publicity:**
- Plan and execute **roadshows, rallies, and offline branding** (hoardings, pamphlets, banners).
- Coordinate with PR teams for **media coverage, press releases, and interviews**.

4. **Data Analytics & Voter Engagement:**
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Conduct **sentiment analysis** and adjust strategies based on voter feedback.

5. **Team Coordination & Localized Campaigning:**
- Manage a team of content creators, graphic designers, and field marketers.
- Ensure **hyper-localized messaging** for different districts/castes/communities.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**
- **3+ years** in **political marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion**.
- Strong network with **political leaders, influencers, and media** in Bihar.
- Expertise in **social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and content strategy**.
- Fluent in **Hindi & Bhojpuri/Maithili** (local language proficiency preferred).
- Willingness to **travel extensively** across Bihar.
