Interview Process
• 1st round with HR team.
• 2nd & final round with Hiring manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist corporate clients in booking accommodations based on preferences.
• Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
• Process reservations efficiently in our system.
• Communicate reservation details and confirmations.
• Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling OTA platform.
• Willingness and availability to work in Rotational shift.
