We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our digital campaigns and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing online marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Digital Marketing Strategy:
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM tools.
✅ Sales & Lead Conversion:
Generate B2B/B2C leads through digital channels.
Manage sales funnel and convert leads into paying customers.
Build relationships with clients and upsell services.
✅ Team & Client Management:
Lead a team of digital marketers and sales executives.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers.
Present reports on ROI, KPIs, and business growth to management.
Requirements
Requirements:
✔ 3+ years in digital marketing & sales (agency experience preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.
✔ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
